Our team, led by Chinua & Michelle, is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients. Mrs. LaSharon Michelle Batts-Wright
Co-Founder, CEO
Michelle is a South Georgia native and U.S. Army veteran whose life and leadership are shaped by resilience, service, and a deep commitment to supporting seniors. Raised by her hardworking grandparents, she witnessed how older adults are often overlooked when navigating complex paperwork and medical systems. With more than 20 years in customer service, 18 years as a business analyst, and 15 years as a small-business owner, she brings operational excellence, compassion, and real-world insight to the consultancy. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity. Michelle co-founded C&M Life Admin Services to ensure vulnerable people receive the clarity, dignity, and advocacy they deserve.
Dr. Chinua Joi Ivey
Co-Founder, CMO
Chinua is a communication scholar, educator, and public relations strategist with a distinguished background in integrated marketing and storytelling. As the founder of Ivey Media Agency, LLC and its' publishing imprint Radiance Press, she has helped individuals and organizations articulate their stories with clarity and impact. Her expertise shapes the communication-first foundation of C&M Life Admin Services, ensuring that every client interaction is strategically planned and rooted in empathy, precision, and respect. Dr. Ivey provides brand direction, narrative strategy, and oversight of legacy publishing services within the company. As a former foster child from Washington, DC, she firmly believes in the power of storytelling and advocacy to spark meaningful change and preserve legacy.
